ColdFusion MX6 Server Issue

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

We are aware of a problem with the ColdFusion MX6 server and we are currently investigating the issue.

This will only be affecting sites using ColdFusion MX6 not MX7.

22:20 – The primary disk may have corrupted some sectors so we are currently running a chkdsk on the disk to repair the problem. This is the disk for the main operating system so website data is affected.

Note that this process can take up to four hours to complete but we will bring the server back online asap.

00:23 – The server is now back online and we are investigating the health of the hard drive.
