We are currently in the process of restoring service to IS-3716 after the corruption suffered by the primary disk. The OS is currently installing and should be complete in around 45 minutes.
We will then be able to check the secondary disk that there is no need to reinstall customer data. Once this is complete, we should be able to start bring sites back online. This process will take anything up to about 3 hours.
Update 14:36 – We have almost completed the securing of the OS and installation of critical web services. The next task will be to start restoring domains to IIS. Unfortunately it’s not possible to give a time scale as to how long this will take but due to the nature of the restoration tool, site will be restored alphabetically.
Update 15:14 – We have now commenced the restoration of domains. During this time the Helm control panel will be unavailable to all users including those not being restored.
